Appointment Policy 

Whether you’re a new or established patient, kindly book your appointment online.  Should you have questions about what type of an appointment to book or if you are unable to find an opening and need to see me right away please contact the client concierge at 202-742-3999.

If you are new to the practice and do not wish to receive treatment at your first appointment you can either book a complimentary 15 minute virtual consultation or in-person consultation ($150 - may be applied towards treatment or skincare products).  

A valid credit card is required to book your appointment.  Credit card information is stored in your electronic health record which is protected by HIPPA.  We do not charge your card for virtual consultations or for holding/scheduling your appointment time however, you are subject to the Appointment Cancellation Policy.


Appointment Cancellation Policy

There are a limited number of appointments available each day.  If you are unable make your appointment we ask that you kindly let us know 1 business day in advance so that we can fill your original date/time with another patient.

You are subject to our 1 business day move/cancel/no show fee.  This means that if you move/cancel/no show your appointment within 1 business day of a confirmed time, you will be charged a $100 fee to the card on file.

All appointments including virtual consultations, in-person consultations, and follow-up appointments are subject to the Appointment Cancellation Policy.


Late Arrival Policy

Due to our sanitation protocols, we ask patients to arrive on time or within a 5 minute window of their scheduled appointment.  

We are practicing social distancing and limiting the number of patients in the office at one time. Your arrival time is a part of the protocol agreement you sign before your appointment. We are very grateful for your cooperation. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, there is no guarantee that you will receive treatment that day. Out of respect for the other patients and their scheduled time, we may reschedule you for another day to receive any necessary treatment.  

Any appointment that requires one or more hours on the books will require a 50%  deposit.  If you cancel or move your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, you forfeit your deposit. The funds will not transfer to future appointments.

Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. Payment methods accepted are cash, and credit cards (including AMEX).


Photo Policy

All Patients are required to have their photo taken as part of their medical record, per appointment and/or treatment. We use these photos as a tool to help track your journey and maintain clear and accountable progress throughout your treatments.  

Patients will be asked to remove makeup using wipes or face wash provided.

All patient photos are a part of your medical record and are kept secure. No patient photos are ever published or shared without direct consent from the patient.
